About Leanne Goose: Facilitator
(a note from Leanne)
I grew up in the heart of the MacKenzie Delta. I grew up watching my father command a stage, always wanting to perform but lacked access to formal training. Now I am learning from the best in the business, still reaching for new opportunities to grow as an artist while sharing my new skills with aspiring musicians. My current achievements are a direct result of access to music lessons, mentoring and intensives offered by the Aboriginal Music Program Camp, Aboriginal Music Lab. These experiences have greatly enhanced my current work, growth as an artist, coach and active community member. My life living both a traditional and non-traditional life, traveling, performing, meeting new instructors, musician, and mentors have helped me to believe in my own potential.

One of my most recognized teachers is Ray St.Germain, 51 year veteran in the music industry - Canadian Country Music Hall of Famer and has raised his 5 children (all of whom live by their music). I have been working with with RCM accredited Piano/Theory teacher Glory St.Germain, & Dj St.Germain as well as singer/songwriters Rayne DeLaronde, Tracy Bone, JC Campbell in my mentorship program. My current focus is learning to play the piano, continuing vocal lessons, music theory, performance, develop my song-writing abilities and practical knowledge of the business. Their methods of teaching and their success in the music industry has given me confidence, encouraging me to share my skills with other aspiring musicians. The power of music is a common thread where we all speak the same language.

I have a strong desire to motivate others to live their dreams. This is just the beginning of what I hope to be very inspiring, informative Music Enhancement series. Thank you for your interest. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Leanne Goose
